The tenancy agreement did not mention permits and to my the defendant's knowledge as a long-term tenant, no permits were ever issued at the site.This is a defence and therefore should be written in third person.3

You should be getting your Directions Questionnaire for completion from the Northampton CCBC very soon. Just a warning, you may get a part filled in DQ from the scammers asking you to complete it. Go and buy an eleven foot bargepole because you don't want to touch the scammer's DQ with a ten foot version.
Only use the one sent by the court, or if that fails to arrive in time, download one from the internet and use that instead.
Reread the guide to court, and re-read everything you have received so far from the court, especially the small print, to ensure you don't miss anything.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

When you do receive it, look at the landowner authority/contract that Walt calls the PSA. It's pants, with spelling and grammatical errors, hardly a document of 'authority'.
