What's a good value for money vinyl flooring

I've got about 12 sq metres of flooring that I would like to cover. I'm not keen on carpet, real wood, laminate or tile for those areas. By the process of elimination then this leaves vinyl. It is a concrete ground floor with a wet underfloor heating system. It's not a bathroom but I want the floor to be able to handle the occasional accidental spillage of water without causing any issues. Including a good quality underlay, I was hoping to get something for around £25 per sq metre.
Are there any strong recommendations? Or is there a stand out winner if I increase my budget a little?

If you are able to stretch your budget I can fully reccommend the Everywhere LVT planks from Tapi. Last year we got rid of our living room carpet and replaced it with this floor and we are very happy - even my partner likes it and he generally doesn't care about these things! I had previously bought a cheaper LVT from B&Q to do the hallway but we like this so much we've decided to take it out and replace it as the Tapi floor is so much easier to clean. Plus there are no obvious joins so I don't worry about moisture getting in the gaps. It's super quiet, doesn't scratch, looks realistic. I feel like a salesman (!) but I ordered so many samples from different shops and this flooring was the best quality by miles.0

What floor surface do you have? Will the tiles be floating, low-tack or fully adhered down? What style or finish are you after?

We had Polyflor LVT fitted in our kitchen over a heated floor. We're really pleased with the finish, it's tough and hard wearing.

So you did :-)Worth checking out Forbo Allura. For sis's floor (similar to yours except no UFH) we compared it to the Karndeam equivalent - simply no comparison when it came to finish ('true texture') and wear quality (commercial grade). They seem to have lots of options - fully stuck down, low-tack, floating. If you find one you are interested in, do a surf and check out the prices; sis got an excellent deal from Remland Carpets at the time.0
