7. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.

15. In the event of a prize being unavailable, Green People Company Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Green People Company Limited relating to any post-winning publicity.
17. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

In the event that Green People Company Limited is unable to contact the winner within 7 days of the prize draw, or the winner is disqualified for any reason, Green People Company Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.

28. A winner will be drawn and notified within 7 days of the competition closing. Every effort will be made to deliver the prize within 14 days of the competition closing, however, should unforeseen government actions delay postage within the UK, Green People reserves the right to post the prize as soon as they are able to do so.
