Bathroom Extractor Fans and new roof vent tile

We bought our house in September, and when we got the building survey done, the surveyor pointed out that the extractor fan in the bathroom vents (via ducting) straight into the boarded loft space. The ducting just ends in the loft space, there's no roof vent tile as there should be. So all the condensation is going into the loft, and it was getting damp, so we've turned the extractor fan off now and open the window to shower until it's fixed.
We also have an en suite, where the extractor fan is a bit rubbish so we thought we'd get it replaced at the same time.
We've had the following quote, which was much more than we expected, but we're struggling to find anyone else locally (urban North Yorkshire) who will quote. Is it reasonable? Thanks in advance!
Ventilation works to en-suite and main bathroom to include;
-Supply and install new extractor fan in en-suite to operate with light switch and an overrun timer.
-Supply and install new roof vent tile to be connected to existing extractor fan ducting from main bathroom.
-Test both extractor fans and report airflow reading.
NB: Extractor fan in main bathroom may require replacement, should this be the case we will inform you of the cost prior to installation of a new fan. Quotation Total quotation price is £527.00 plus VAT @ 2O.O%. Total inclusive of VAT is £.632.4O

The extractor fan we quoted for is an Envirovent Silent Design 100
The materials are £247 and labour £240 plus VAT for both.

Sounds a bit expensive to me. In a similar situation but having a bathroom and ensuite renovated and thus installing ventilation like you. Parts for both i have found from screwfix and amazon for about £205 would add links but not cerain if i can. Perhaps model names and you can search?
Then a handyman say around £150 - £250 a day for about a days work at most would seem more accurate.0
