I've already spoken to my legal counsel (who did not represent me in court) about this and they said:
"Thank you for your email.This is excellent news, I am so glad you took the claim yourself.
I would be grateful if you could provide me with the case citation, which I would assume to be [redacted], as I would most certainly refer to this matter as precedent set going forward. "

It's worrying that your legal counsel doesn't know that county courts can't set precedent.

It's worrying that your legal counsel doesn't know that county courts can't set precedent.Not nearly as worrying as you missing the word ‘refer’ before showing yourself up in such a way.Readers ought to decide for themselves if they wish to seek legal advice from a professional or from someone who had their cat chose their username by walking over the keyboard.Thanks for chiming in.0
