    I should write a will. I will be leaving the house to my only daughter, but I would also like to make provision for some money to provide litter bins, benches and maybe some trees, that sort of thing. I am only 59, but it would be good to write a noteable will.
    I dont have any spare cash yet, I still have a mortgage.
