Hi I have really bad credit but am wanting to try and start paying some debts off to start to improve my credit score. How do I find a full list of all my debts? I signed up to Clearscore and also Experian but there are only a few accounts showing on there and I know over the years I have loads more debt than it is showing. How do I find a record of all debts and companies (I can't remember all companies over the years plus lots were sent on to debt collection agencies etc..) so that i can begin to contact them to settle accounts ?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

If you don't have a record somewhere and they're not on your credit file there isn't any way for you to find this information.
Anyone you owe money to may come looking for it at some point so you'd just need to deal with it at that point.0 -
I wouldn’t bother, accounts only show for 6 years, after that they drop off your file forever.
Anything over 6 years old is likely to be statute barred anyway.
The main credit reference agencies will show more recent debts, but short of them writing to you asking for payment, there’s nothing more you can do.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thank you and sorry for the delay in replying to you both. I will just contact the ones I have details for then and deal with any others if and when they get in contact.0

Lenders aren't obliged to report to the reference agencies.
Your score is only seen by you, your history is whats important.0 -
