Opodo - Double Refund!

I booked with Opodo last January for travel at Easter and like many had my flights cancelled. After months of trying I was eventually given a form to complete through Opodo Social Care mid July. They replied saying I could have vouchers which I declined and pointed out both Lufthansa and Ethiopian were offering customers refunds on their website. Then nothing. I emailed daily and gave them a date by which to reply to avoid me starting chargeback proceedings through my bank. Still nothing so I contacted my bank mid August, gave them my Opodo case number, flight details and explained what I had done so far and they refunded the full amount to my account within two hours. Success at last.

Last week out of the blue I receive an email from Opodo explaining my refund would be back in my account within 7 days! Once the money had been paid into my account I then receive another email confirming payment. The funny thing is, this was a reply to the last email I had sent them in which I clearly state my intention to start chargeback!

So, my question - what do I do now? There was over 5 months between me getting a chargeback refund and Opodo refund. Do I owe my bank the money back or Opodo?

    Agree with that.
If Opodo ask for it back send them a credit note and tell them they can request the cash back in September.
The bank will just debit your account if they have to refund Opodo.
