It's seemingly a P&D car park. I guess the naive, unwary and 'entitled' have assumed it should be free because they're getting their COVID jab. I'm not surprised they received tickets if they didn't pay - and I don't have a great deal of sympathy. But anyway, a commendable gesture from the landowner.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I don't know the circumstances of the motorists that received tickets but I think that there may have been long waits for the vaccine at times. Perhaps there were some overstays.

Shame we don't know who the cowboy was.  A good landowner who understands what these times are all about. The greedy cowboy and their baboons desperate to make money out of a pandemic.

Looks like it is Key Parking Solutions Ltd. It would be the nearest car park to the Cathedral.

As I mentioned in my earlier post there were long queues and waits of around two hours. My guess is that the tickets were for overstays.

I posted this on here in case anyone had received a PCN and came to the forum.

Sometimes you wonder if any of them read the BPA newsletter or parking news

The landowner should have sorted it out when signing the NHS or go contract , numpties

I wouldn't mind but we have seen it on several sites recently

Probably Key are one of the tails that wag the BPA dog.  Once again, how many will just pay up.
It's all very well saying the tickets will be cancelled but who knows. ? these scammers are desperate for money

This is the problem with a members club, they tell their members and the public are clueless.
I doubt the BPA had the good sense to make this public, I'm sure the media would welcome a response from a company who trades on the name The British Parking Association.

This is just a start from the BPA .... what about Supermarkets, what is the BPA telling their members, seems to be nothing

The BPA really needs to wake it's ideas up regarding covid, their failure can only have one result .... that is the BPA are not fit for purpose

No point talking about the scam IPC/IAS, Davies and Hurley have this all worked out, "scam on chaps because slowly we are going bust" ?
