When my children were in their teens I asked them what they wanted for Easter as I thought they might be getting too grown up for eggs....

'Do you want an egg, some money or a little present?' I asked...

Without a split second of hesitation they all said in unison...'all three!'

As they are in their twenties with partners now this has evolved into something like a few gourmet mini eggs, lottery scratchcards, some shredded tissue & a chick in a bowl from their 'set' or a lock & lock box (I am obsessed with these)

Fun to do each year for a few quid

    Just shamelessly bumping this thread..

Any more ideas and, ideally, pictures, for inspiration for Easter hampers?

    Please!!

  • Phew!!! Just about recovered from Christmas,

After seeing all the Easter eggs in the shops yesterday, I'm beginning to think about Easter hampers! Have got 2 small baskets for my niece and nephew. I picked up 2 Thomas egg cups during the year so need to find some girly ones for my niece. Was thinking a creme egg (classic and probably quite messy ;) ). Maybe a little chick/duck?

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Is my first time to do a hamper of any kind!
