  •  See its stupid, i get that many conditions can change so should be reviewed but some people like your daughter should be left well alone. No shes not going to magically be cured!

    Poppy, it may worth including a note on the form making that very point and suggesting that if the award is renewed as ER both elements then, given the nature of her health conditions, you consider that a longer award would be appropriate.

    If your brother was awarded by a Tribunal then this will explain why his award hasn't been extended. DWP can't extend an award made by a Tribunal and as advised, he will need to reapply, although DWP do send letters out about 14 weeks before the award is due to end asking you to reapply.
    Although they are extending some awards this doesn't mean you won't still receive your review forms at the usual time (6 months before the original award date ends.
    Not so. I was awarded by tribunal. Got extended in November from Feb 21 till November 21. At New year got my reassessment form so more than 14 weeks.

    No. Your location has nothing to do with your PIP entitlement. Just make sure you inform them so that correspondence is sent to your new address.
