Bank with web site, mobile web app, and no proprietary authentication device.

SSIA really. I'm looking for a bank that:
1. Has a fully featured web app/site.
2. The web app/site works for mobile.
3. The bank does not require the use of a proprietary authentication device, like a card reader or pin code generator.
4. Ideally, it should have a high street branch.
I just switched away from Monzo due to them not having a web app/site (they have a cut down version, but that's not good enough). Their app is only (officially) available on Google or Apple stores, which doesn't work for my Android (11) phone. I was going to wait until my card expired to switch, but they decided to replace my card due to supposed fraudulent activity and sent it to my registered address and due to covid I'm stuck away from home.
So, I decided to switch to a bank that was convenient for my mother to visit (for various reasons), which is NatWest. Unfortunately, they require a card and reader to the registered address, so I can't get those, and those are needed in order to make payments/transfers. Also, their native app is only available on the Google Play Store.
So, I am looking at switching *again*.
What bank satisfies all my requirements?
Apart from not having high street stores, I thought Starling might be a good choice, since it's supposedly similar to Monzo but also has a web site. Also, their native app is also on the Huawei AppGallery, so I am not tied into Google.

So do you have one of the Huawei phone that does not have Google play them? Which at a guess rules out most banks.Life in the slow lane1

Santander ? I only operate mine through the web - no card reader neededNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Santander? You can login to their regular website simply by using your username and password. You can use their smartphone app to setup new payees without any further authentication though new payees created through regular desktop site requires a OTP sent to your registered mobile.0

Brick & Mortar banks with online and app presence, not needing extra devices: Santander, Lloyds, Halifax, BoS, Virgin Money
HSBC, M&S and Barclays have a choice of physical or digital authentication device. I believe Natwest, RBS and Ulster are in the process of moving in the same direction.
Whether their apps work on niche devices, I don't know. Most of them will focus their development and maintenance efforts on high volume operating systems.1 -

OP, can you clarify what the problems is with using apps on your version of Android?
Android 11 is the latest release - are you suggesting that Monzo won't run on this?
Or that you can't get Google Play?
Which would suggest you're using a fairly new Huawei phone - which might cause issues with lots of apps as they don't get google play. Your comment about the NatWest app also suggests you haven't got Google Play. And you do mention Huawei.
If that's the case - a Huawei phone not supported by google play - the solution might be a different phone, one that can run the standard systems..
Not that you want to hear that - and it would involve spend - but it is probably the simplest solution.1
