RULES

 

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at HTTP://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to 44 Foods’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 22nd January 2021 to Sunday 14th February 2021 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).

 

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

 

Details of the Competition:

 

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to HTTP://www.classicfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 10:30 on Friday 22nd January 2021 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 14th February 2021.

 

4.    Entrants must answer a multiple-choice question and register their details for the chance to win.

 

5.    One winner will be picked at random from all correct and eligible entries and contacted on Monday 15th February 2021 by a member of the Global team via telephone and email. Global will attempt to contact the winner twice. If the winner fails to answer and confirm their win, Global has the right to pick another winner as set out above.

 

Eligibility:

 

6.    Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and aged 18 years or over. Employees of Global, the Radio Station and 44 Foods (including its group companies), their immediate families, agents or any company involved in the Competition are excluded from entering the Competition.

 

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per household, duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. Global reserves the right in it’s absolute discretion to disqualify any entry or Entrant from the Competition.

 

Prize:

 

8.    The one winner will receive a £500 44 Foods voucher for themselves and 5 x £100 44 Foods vouchers for them to share with their family members/friends.

 

9.    The winner's details will be given to 44 Foods in order for them to provide the prize vouchers. All of the vouchers will be delivered directly to the winner’s single address and the winner will need to distribute the 5 x £100 vouchers to their chosen family/friends.

 

10.   All of the vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be combined with any other voucher or offer.

 

11.  The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

 

12.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

 

13.  By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to their full name as well as any communication about the prize being published on the 44 Foods website, publications and social media platforms at the discretion of 44 Foods.

 

14.  Any personal details submitted to 44 Foods in connection with the Competition will be processed in accordance with 44 Food’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.44foods.com/privacy-policy.
