is anyone got any experience of asking of a enhanced offer, when receiving redundancy.
If so just wondered what how you asked, was this in writing and what did you state?

Is your redundancy voluntary or forced? There's no rights to an enhanced package. Totally discretionary.1

It also depends why you are being made redundant. If it is due to restructuring they might be willing to pay more but if the job actually no longer exists why would they pay more. They have no need to.
