Bluetooth disappeared from Lenovo Laptop

My laptop is a couple of years old and works perfectly well but I've turned it on this morning and it claims that it's not a Bluetooth capable device. I have used Bluetooth on it since I bought it so I'm at a loss as to why it's suddenly not available. I haven't changed any settings and the last update was on 13th Jan 2021.
I have an adaptor for a Logitech wireless keyboard and that is still working fine.
It'll be a pain if I can't fix this before starting work again on Monday so any advice will be welcomed.
Edit: I have tried rebooting and turning it off and on again completely without success.

If Windows 10, cCheck notifications - the "speech bubble" symbol bottom right on the taskbar. Click that and you can see whether Bluetooth is on or off. You can turn it on from there.

Thanks. Bluetooth doesn’t appear there any more at all. It definitely used to but it’s gone overnight.Neil_Jones said:If Windows 10, cCheck notifications - the "speech bubble" symbol bottom right on the taskbar. I have found the answer from the below website:
"Bluetooth is not available on this device" - Microsoft Community
Specifically I restarted some services:
Windows Key+R > Type services.msc > Enter > Once the Services window opens, locate Restart Bluetooth Support Service > right-click > Restart.
Thanks for the help and hopefully this is the end of it.1
