    If everybody's money was there, the company wouldn't be insolvent. At best you can claim whatever percentage might be available from the assets they have.

    You can't get blood from a stone - if they have nothing, there's nothing to reclaim via any avenue.
    It's a rubbish situation, and you have my sympathy :(

    It's possible that the club may be liable to repay the parents regardless as to whether it can be recouped from the theatre.
