CCJ Didnt show up

Renting a property short term -
Experian shows me i have a ccj coming off in 9 months time -
I inform agency and they said landlord is fine to proceed after showing the reasons etc etc -
proceed to do referencing and the referencing company informs the agency that 'there was no CCJ that showed up'....?
Obviously happy about this but how comes nothing showed their end? How comes ccj shows on my Experian? Why do different agencies show/omit certain information on credit files?

It's public information so should have shown on all reports.
With regards to financial institutions they don't all report to all CRAs, some only one CRA, some two, some all of them.
