Next step court case?

Hello, currently fighting a PCN from National Parking Enforcement on behalf of my partner (Stopped on the side of the road where they have cameras, 6 mins, summer 2019).
Really grateful for all of the advice on here! I have followed all the steps and just wanted to check if there's anything else I should be doing right now?
Currently:
Am I right in thinking I shouldn't fill in the reply forms and should just wait until they take us to court now?
Thanks!

Currently:
- Just received everything I asked for from the SARs request (They didn't want any proof of ID, just signing the email off in my partners name was enough...great data protection!)
- Just received another LBC, the same one as last week without half of the stuff required by the Directive. Last week's letter was on its own, this week's has reply forms with it. Nothing with any solicitors details on.
Am I right in thinking I shouldn't fill in the reply forms and should just wait until they take us to court now?
Thanks!

More or less , you can write back asking them to place the matter on hold for 30 days whilst you seek debt management advice
You have already received the SAR reply
You can try plan A , that is your best option , it always is
Then await a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton within 6 years of the parking date in 20190 -
If you read the NEWBIE sticky second post you will know that you are correct about not completing the (financial) reply forms.2

Who does the LBC say to pay?, if its TNC/CIS it isnt a real LBC (ie no intention to issue to a court claim)2

There are circumstance when you have little or no alternative but to stop, a heart attack, a red light on the dash, brake seizure etc., etc. They might struggle if this was the case. Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Hello, currently fighting a PCN from National Parking Enforcement on behalf of my partnerCan you expand on exactly what you mean by that please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It is vital for you to know that the person named on the claim form (when it arrives) will have to be the person who defends it in their name (even if you do the admin). Your name can't go on the replies or the defence and you can't attend court alone - the named Defendant has to attend.
Probably by phone in the end. But they are the D, not you, so are they aware of this? We are NOT saying it's easier to pay. It's actually great to beat these scams in court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
