Thanks everyone.
I do want to stay in London, north hackney area or haringey, as it’s very close for work, and all my friends and social life is here. And there are quite a few properties in the 300k region. I’m just going to try and focus to save as much as I can, as feel it’s a better option if I can buy without using ones of these HTB schemes etc. The service charges on the HTB seem really high too, up to £200 per month 😬
Thanks all0 -
With a £57k salary i'd be very surprised if you couldn't find a suitable 1 bed in your area. But bearing in mind that people don't buy their forever home as their first property would you consider moving slightly further away towards palmers green and the like?0
