Hi all
Finally, we have everything though and our solicitor set a completion date.

Just wondering what would you say to your new neighbours? We are buying a mid terrace house, and I am planning to convert the offshoot loft into a utility room and extend the ground floor kitchen to the side.
What would you say to keep a good relationship? For the works which involves a party wall, do I have to wait at least 2 months before start the building works?
Thanks

"Hello, you're so lucky we bought the house next door, when it could so easily have been five Sumo wrestlers into Japanese death metal. No doubt you'll keep that in the forefront of your minds over the coming months."
