Uncle buck redress

Good evening,
Just a quick question, had an uncle buck loan a while back, which I struggled to repay, and was passed on to moriarty law. It went to county court and I received a CCJ for the debt. I have a payment plan in place and having being paying the debt back..
At the start of January I received an email from the administrators dealing with uncle buck and they've accessed my account and they determined the loan was unaffordable and cleared the remaining balance, furthermore they said this,
The credit rating agencies will notified, if your a customer where following the redress, this results in your loan balance being cleared, the credit rating agencies will be notified to remove any record of the loan.
Would be right in thinking that allow the loan will be removed from my credit file that the CCJ the resulted from it will still be in place?
Many thanks

Correct.
You'd need a consent order/set aside to get rid of that.1 -
You should asking to the administrators asking for them to set aside the judgement, too. Let them know the judgement reference, date, and court it was filed at.1
