need help with paypal

Sorry if this is the wrong board but I have just checked my bank account and my fiance has not put the money in my bank I gave him to clear an overdue rent cheque. I feel really let down and am desperate for some money as I will get my house repossessed and i'll have to go to court! I don't know what to do! can I take money from my paypal account to my bank account even if I haven't the money in paypal? I haven't got anything else to do! I need quite a bit and time is fast running out! I am really sorry but need advice!

you can only take money from your paypal account if it is there I'm afraid....and even if you get someone to send you the money via paypal they will take a percentage up front....

    I did think that, thanks

I thought that you could take up to £500 but obviously could only be if you have it! He won't know what has hit him when he comes in tonight!

If this was a RENT cheque, how could the house be repossessed? Probably a minor point anyway. The big problem here is that you obviously need rent/mortgage money for an overdue account. Strictly this answer should be for the Pure Money forum, but I'll be brief. Whether or not you have been served notice of eviction/repossession makes a difference. Whether you have or haven't, contact the people who are owed the money immediately and explain the situation. They might be more understanding than you think, and agree to allow you to pay it off over a period.
Next, make more use of this forum, and for specialised debt advice, contact DEBTLINE. They will give free, impartial and confidential debt advice.
    Hope you get sorted.

As this is a question about paypal I am sure you have the right board! sorry to hear your problems *Emily* you are obviously in need of cash! I am afraid that paypal will not do this as you do have to have the money in there! do you have an ebay account? perhaps sell a lot of things on buy it now to get some money together also it is the car boot season so try and make some money that way!
