Ikea Xmas Tree Voucher

I bought an xmas tree at xmas from Ikea and was given a £20 voucher to spend in store from Jan 18th to Feb 28th, it can only be used in store.
The stores are all closed and will probably remain so for some time.
I can not get any customer service from Ikea to tell me what I should do.

Email, social media or wait until the shops are open again. If they aren't open by 28th February and won't extend you'll lose the voucher.
