Parkdean holidays and refund

I had a Parkdean break booked for September which was cancelled due to our area and the area of the park both being in the highest tier of restrictions. They offered a voucher refund only, no cash, so we took the voucher and rebooked for February. We paid an additional £18 to cover to price difference between the original break and the new break.
The February break ha snow been cancelled. This time we were offered the option of cash or voucher and because things are so uncertain right now we took the cash.
The refund has been processed and all they've refunded is the £18, not the original £321 that was paid by debit card for the September break, put on a voucher, and then used towards the February break. Are they allowed to do this? I can't even get through to customer services.

Have Parkdean credited your account with the 321? You should get this refunded by way of voucher if not cash. Check your account.0

As you paid for the February date with a voucher they will probably refund with a voucher.0
