Business Bank Account for Landlords (with a Ltd company)

Hello, 
We are looking at getting a business account for landlord / property owners and asking for recommendations.  Obviously I am also asking on other LL forums, but I love MSE, so why not ask on here.
So my Q is to other property Landlords / Landlasses, what do you look for in a business account?  And which would you recommend, and avoid!

I've been pleased with Santander's business banking, I'm a landlord (in a partnership) and use HSBC currently, but use Santander for a property that isn't part of the partnership assets. HSBC is ok, but Santander was better (once the account was opened). Opening the account with Santander was tortuous, but the account was opened 12 years ago, so I expect the process will have improved since then.

Your main problem at the moment is getting any bank to actually open a business account - which you will legally need if you are using a Ltd Company.
