Hey everyone I know it’s been a while. I’ve just applied with West Brom. I have my valuation instructed and they’ve only asked for a return to work form on my docs as I’m on maternity. My broker said they’ve asked no questions and everything looks fine.Do you think I may get an offer if valuation goes ok?0
