    Hi guys just an update.

After filing the defence, VCS have sent me a Without Prejudice offer (save as to costs), with 14 days to respond. They said they'll bring the settlement offer to the courts attention if I fail to accept the offer. Should I ignore the letter?

Also anyone know VCS's email address to send the Direction Questionnaire to?

Depends upon the offer but it is normally a precursor to a discontinuance.  If it is marked "Without Prejudice Save as to Costs" they can only bring it to the attention of the judge at the end of the hearing when costs are being assessed.

Hi guys I am in the process of putting my WS together and just wanted to ask whether I had to include the full case transcript for each case I am relying on in my WS. For example I want to refer to Pace vs Lengyel but thats 7 pages on its own. I don't want my WS to get into too many pages if i can avoid it

Quote the case and the case number plus just the relevant parts of that case you want to rely on, perhaps including the judge's summary if you think it is useful.

If/when you have the scammer's WS, please post it here. Only redact YOUR personal data. Do not redact anything else. Please tell us if the scammers have redacted anything.
Hopefully you will get to see theirs so we can see it and comment on it bfore you need to submit yours, but show us anyway.

Upload it to dropbox or similar and paste the link here. Make sure the dropbox or similar account is not in anyone's real name, and does not include any personal information. We do not need to see your kids or your holiday photos. Believe me, it has happened.

You do need to append transcripts in full but you won't be printing any of it and can merge the PDFs so the bundle is one long PDF (but add page numbers first!).

I thought I would be printing it to send to the court and also VCS? Or can I just email it

Also apologies as for some reason I didn't think you guys would look at WS here, I've actually had it for some time. I have also nearly done mine and it is due by 21st May.

Excellent. You agree on the sign to indemnify any additional cost. You don't agree to pay a flat rate fee of £60 so they had better prove with receipts that those costs have been incurred?

Oh they can't ? Then they best go. And the interest they are claiming on that amount.

Oh and since the contract was formed 2 years ago, the relevant code of practice is the one at that time. I haven't checked, but I suspect its only the newer revisions that refer to additional charges.

Any photos with that statement? It's obviously not the actual sign that's quoted or reproduced there.

Email your bundle to court and to VCS , using CC , no printing required

Papers were pre covid19 , like most things it's all electronic and digital now , meaning that paperwork , like cash , is old skool
