unsolicited goods or not?

I ordered some craft items from a shop for click and collect. After walking home with my collection a day later, I discovered that they've put something else in the package - not a duplicate item, not even an item I had clicked on, looked at or had any cause to consider purchasing.
Does that make the item an unsolicited good? It isn't on the receipt, of course, I didn't ask for it but they provided it in the package containing my name.

No, it makes it something they've given you by mistake.
"Unsolicited goods" (in the legal sense of something deliberately being sent to you out of the blue, followed up by a request for payment) pretty much don't exist these days.3 -

No. It is a mistake.
Just contact them to let them know their mistake and see if they want to come and collect it.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
Depending on the value they may let you keep it.0
