Re-read the OP's OP. The OP authorised a payment in respect of the order placed in December. The retailer cancelled this order ("the online company cancelled the transaction"). The payment taken by the retailer for the goods it supplied in January was not authorised by the OP.Armorica said:You authorised the transaction?1 -
