Marston enforcement notice

I’ve received a Notice of Enforcement from Marston, received this week, deadline on Friday. It’s a debt for a Westminster parking ticket I was unaware of, the debt is now £203 plus a £75 compliance stage fee. I never had a ticket on my car or any correspondence- unfortunately I have not had a secure address to register my car to since leaving my (abusive) ex husband in the family home.
I can’t afford to pay this amount and have found Marston not hugely helpful. Do I have any right of appeal based on my lack of info and nightmarish personal circumstances? Say with the county court for example. Any advice please, I’m in a panic. Even if I can get the amount reduced back to the original ticket.

Marston are normally associated with legit tickets and proper enforcement, so you would be better to take this over to the pepipoo forum who specialise in this.
Sign up with something other than a Hotmail address, read the intro posts and post in the correct forum for the best help.4 -
