Do not really understand the part where you say turn the hot water boiler on to get a shower? Is it instantaneous?

That company should be busted by the Advertising Standards Authority !- Running costs on a par with gas/oil/LPG
Gas is available at less than 3p/kWh, but daytime electricity for these radiators is likely to cost more than 12p/kWh. Oil and LPG are also likely to work out at far less than 12p/kWh.
- DIY Install in 15 minutes
Only if you plug them in to an existing 13A socket. Much longer if you have to install spurs, especially if chased into the wall as the illustrations suggest.
- Imagine heating a room with a 1kW iron which has a small surface area and you are trying to heat the room to a comfortable 20 degrees. Now image a high quality 1kW electric radiator, with a large surface area of quality aluminium (cast NOT lightweight). The radiator will heat the room much quicker.
False comparison because the iron will be thermostatically controlled and wouldn't give off 1kW all the time. If it did, it would heat the room slightly more quickly because the thermal mass of the radiator would be larger.
- Our Slimline Electric Radiators offer a slim aesthetically pleasing design with a greater surface area than other competitors which heats the room quicker using less energy.
As above, it won't use less energy. The running costs wouldn't be cheaper, 1Kwh from an iron costs exactly the same as 1kWh from an electric panel radiator.

Surely both posted readings are from the same register, not sure there is any doubt over the readings as being correct is there?1
