Garage build quote

Hi
I've been quoted £14k for a garage, wondered what people thought and if this was reasonable
4.5 x 6.5 meters size
Normal strip foundation, block built with rendered finish
Flat roof with sarnafil
Electrics run from house to garage (detached 10 meters from house)
French door on side
Quote doesnt include garage door, but electrics in place to get on installed.
