No bill from Eon

I’ve been with EON since may, not had any issues since they took the direct debit early on Christmas Eve (this had no detrimental effect on me) my quarterly bill was due on the 8th Jan but I’ve still not received it. Is anyone else in this position? The app has been down for a couple of weeks now when I try to find contact details through my account it’s just bounces me round in circles on my account.

There are problems in some areas with postal delays due to sickness/covid-19 assuming you get it by post. Did you give meter readings?
Can you not see the bill in your "My account"?

I'm really sorry that you were affected by the Direct Debit issue.
You're right the app has been taken down, it was having some problems and our IT guys are working to get this back up and running as soon as possible.
You should be able to log in to the full online account though, I've checked this morning and all is working fine. If you log in as normal, then click' Your latest gas and electricity statement' then view statement, you'll be able to see it. If not, you can pop some up to date reads on and produce a real time bill.
