Safeglaze Double Glazing Nightmare

Hi MSE
I was wondering if someone can help, I had double glazing and a door installed by Safeglaze back in 2018, it was a disaster from the start they sledge hammered the old ones out and rushed the new ones they also damaged my roof. They came back a few times then they went bankrupt. Luckily I paid interest free and the credit company have been reasonably helpful in approving various claims however the damaged roof is a sticking point and latest attempt of repair has left me with it raining inside again and constant draft from another window that won’t seal so it’s freezing in the bedroom.

Each time it takes months to try the next thing, the inspection is talking about ripping out and checking all windows and meanwhile I’m left with tubs collecting water. I’ve suggested to the finance company this would probably also be cheaper for them rather than the ongoing patching.
Giving its now 3 years of water coming into my property and damage to my roof whocj they have applied fibre glass paint to twice, which might need replacement how can I force there hand and speed things up as I’m totally sick of this, I paid to get my property improved instead it’s causing damage, extra heating costs and I haven’t had painted rooms for 3 years where the plaster had to be repaired around every window.
Thanks in advance.
