Pensions/annuities I am more comfortable with and understand named beneficiaries, trustee discretion plus those elements that may be spouse at date of retirement or spouse at date of death (plus considerations for "child brides" and "deathbed marriages")dunstonh said:Another possibility is that it is a pension term assurance and/or pension.
