EquatePlus took over the Sharesave scheme where I work but seem to have 'lost' 2 month's payments

My employer used to use Computershare for the sharesave scheme, but switched to EquatePlus and everyone's accounts are missing 2 monthly payments. I need to close my accounts as I need the cash, but don't want to end up 2 month's short. A rep from my employer has contacted them but it's been a while without update and I was wondering if there was any way I can speed them up, like go to the FCA etc?
