Halfords experience

Just contact Halfords head office and kick up a stink , I'm betting the manager hasn't told his boss and is trying to keep it quiet !
And why Halfords , there must be a long established local family run company that would be more competitive and appreciate the business near by?0 -
whether you claim or not, is irrelevant. What matters is you were involved in an incident and just the mere fact of being involved in an accident changes your risk level and premiums reflecting it.evertonfanatic said:The car that the technician was driving was Halfords "pool" car that they use for collecting customer cars etc. I'm reluctant to contact our insurance company as despite being completely blameless it would doubtless affect next year's premium. I'm just shocked by Halfords total lack of customer service and would like advice regarding the next step to take.
You may not want to "go through insurance route", but the other party may have already informed their insurance and the event logged in the MID and therefore if you remain silent about this incident it could affect you.
You are blameless therefore shouldn't be out of pocket with any excess.
