Did/does she have your permission to do this? you could log in and change the password if you no longer want her to be able to do it.0

Change your password...and the login details for any other site that uses the same password and any other sites where she has your login details.0

If she is getting your personal data without your consent then it is not legal. Is she accessing it through your account, if so change the passwords as above. If she is signing up for accounts in your name that you don't have control over then that is a different story and needs to be reported to action fraud.0

Most importantly it needs to be reported to Experian.PRAISETHESUN said:If she is getting your personal data without your consent then it is not legal. Create yourself a new email address and remove all trace of your old email address from any account you have; keep your old address and check it just as regularly though to ensure you've visibility of any nefarious activity.
If you're able to sign in to your Experian account then do so, and remove all trace of your old email address / her email address from the account and change it to your new address. Just as with any of your other accounts.
The reason for this, is whilst you may be able to change your password on your current email address, she may have set up her phone number or her email address as a "Recovery address". There's a slew of other things that could leave someone you were once very close to with access; so it's better to be surgical about these things.
Very upsetting that you have to resort to such means I know. It will get easier as time goes on. It'll seem like a completely different life one day. Like the distant memories of a film you once saw. You'll do just fine

As others have said, you need to change your login details. Also, you need to sort out the mortgage arrangements and every other financial matters that you share. You could contact Citizens Advice or a solicitor. If you've separated, you need to have some official agreement in place.wafflejski said:Hi all,

If she has signed up without your consent using the personal details she knows about you then yes, that is illegal.Having a financial connection such as the mortgage doesn't matter. It's still illegal what your ex has done.Report it!0
