Fake debt letters from Black Lion Law LLP?

A few months ago, my partner recieved a "debt collection letter" stating that he owed in excess of £1000 to this company called Black Lion Law LLP for an insurance claim he had made. My partner is 26, I'm 23, we have only recently taken out contents insurance and rent our home.. we don't have any insurance policies or any debt for that matter that we know of. So we called this debt collection company who were working on behalf of Black Lion Law LLP, we were on the phone for 15 minutes and constantly harrassed by a automatic message saying to avoid a queue pay the money now by pressing 1 etc. We eventually got through to some guy who would not provide any information regarding this "apparent debt" we owe, and would not give any references or proof and just wanted to take payment. We hung up and told him to stick it where the sun doesnt shine, to put it polietly and forgot all about it. No baliffs came to our door, nothing. We forgot all about it and put it down to a scam as there has been a few of these going around in my area.
Last week, we recieved this wad of papers through the door, with the letter on the front basically stating this is the evidence we had requested and to pay this money we owed asap. We looked through this "evidence" noticing it was from a PPI claim made in 2016. Again, my partner was 22 and still lived at his Mam's, did not take a PPI claim out. I looked more closely at this apparent evidence and noticed the mobile number corrosponded with my partner's Dad's, the bank details were wrong and they had my partners fathers name wrong.
I have waffled on but this is just to describe background to the harrassment we're experiencing from this debt company. My partner and I pay our bills, we're a young couple who rent and pay everything on time. We were wondering how do we go about getting these letters stopped? As they are quite distressing even though we have researched online and have seen many reviews saying they're a fake company and to not give any money to them.
I have attached one of the letters we have recieved. I have researched what to look out for on fake debt letters and this seems to match the criteria and whilst DCBL seems legit, Black Lion Law LLP doesn't and again, following research, it all seems like a scamming company who terrorise people in to paying debt they dont have.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Megan

Following on fromm this post, we recieved this letter this morning. We are calling them to let them know theyhave the wrong person and need to be speaking to my partners father. Even so, this does not seem legit at all.

Have you got legal assistance with your insurance? If so, engage a solicitor and get an injunction.0

Are you sure your partner didn't start a PPI claim, or register with this Black Lion Law lot for a PPI claim? Did his father? Did either of them respond by text to one of those speculative PPI text messages? They've got his (or his father's) details from somewhere. DCBL are incurring costs chasing him, so they surely believe there is justification for it.0

They trade as ClaimLion Law, if that helps:

Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority 702566
So raise a complaint with them for harassment. They will not want it to go to FOS.Life in the slow lane0
