COUNCIL TAX; Moving out with no new fixed address - HELP!

I don’t know how to inform the council that I do not have a new address yet. There seems to be no option for NFA on the council website.
Only a week until my move and I’m starting to panic!
I have been paying council tax for my flat in Cardiff and I am due to move out in a week. Me and my partner are looking for a house to buy in another council and I will be staying at various friends and relatives houses for 1-3 months (depending on how long it takes).
I have forwarded my post to my partner's house, am I correct in thinking it is per household and will therefore not be my responsibility to pay? How do I let the council know that I am no longer liable to pay CT in Cardiff without messing up anyone else's payments?

You are only responsible for paying CT if you are a tenant, or an occupying owner, or the owner of an unoccupied dwelling where no tenancy exists, or the owner of a house in multiple occupation, or an actual occupier of a dwelling who is neither tenant nor owner.
You simply tell the council the date you will vacate the flat and the address of the friend with whom you will be staying upon vacating your flat.
If you stay with someone who receives CT 25% single person discount, then they will forfeit this for the length of your stay but you have no legal liability to pay this 25%.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
The council will probably want a forwarding address for you to refund the overpaid council tax for this year to, so give them your postal redirection address
