Hi I’m looking to open an account for my child is there an account similar to the life time ISA for children as a LISA is 18 and over.

There is the JISA - Junior ISA.0

There isn't one offering free money from the government for under 18s that you can still open. There was the HTB ISAs for over 16s and the Child Trust Funds for children born in a certain date range.0
