Pip review and mobility

I hope someone will be able to help me, sent pip review form back last week. No decision yet. My pip is due next week do they still make payment and what happens to mobility car whilst there making a decision...thanks

Yes it will continue until a decision is made presuming the form was submitted in time.

It can take up to 10 working days for your form to be added to the computer so you will likely not have any decision for a while yet. Most people are having telephone assessments, so expect one of those. Paper based assessments are still very rare.

Whether your payments will continue until a decision's been made will depend how long the decision takes. If you were awarded your current award by a Tribunal then if a decision hasn't been made by the time your award is due to end then payments will not continue past this date. Your mobility car will also be affected, if your award ends.

If your award was given by DWP then it's likely been extended to allow for the current large backlogs and payments will continue until a decision's been made on the review.
