I keep meaning to look through my cookbooks for ideas. You've given me the prompt to do it tonight before food shop this weekend as I've pretty much cleared out my freezer now of meals.

Have either of you got the new Pinch of Nom cookbook?  I've not got that one yet as I've not been able to find it in the shops - I'd like to have a look in there to see if there are any meals I know I would like to see if it's worth getting.  I think I will go through the two POM books I've got tonight and I may have a trip up to B&M tomorrow to get some of the foil containers if I find some suitable recipes.  Then I can get my backside into gear and get some meals prepared.

No I don't I use the website as it's free! the books are on Amazon though, last time I checked they range between £5 and £10

I have the first book but find that I didn't try many of the recipes and find the website better. I also use slimming eats website as well it's again along same lines and all sw friendly recipes.

Oh yes I didn't think of the website!  I bought the first two books about twelve months ago but I'm terrible. I find I flick through them thinking ooh that looks nice and end up not making anything!

Well I took an inventory of what I have in my freezer and food cupboard, now I just need to sit down with it tomorrow (too tired to do it now!) and work out a meal plan.  Nipped into Wilko today and picked up some plastic food containers that are suitable for the freezer and microwave so I can try and do some batch cooking as well.
