Old S&S ISA documentation

Before I shred any old documentation is there any reason to keep documentation from a S&S Isa that I transferred to a new provider in March 2017?

I tend  to be hesitant to chuck out old documentation but the amount of paperwork accumulated is enormous.

Likewise, I've got documentation from old (DC) pension providers since all transferred to a new provider.  Keep or get rid?

I would say it’s fine to get rid.

A good idea to keep a record without the physical paper is to take a pdf scan of the documents and save them on a pf? If you don’t have have a scanner just take clear photos of each document from your phone?

I personally tend to keep a record of pension account numbers / transfer dates and amounts purely because of the (admittedly faint) possibility that some issue comes to light later - and for pensions that can be much much later.
