First reason is that you have to switch or open a bank account with Natwest which is a hassle (especially when there's no switch reward). Second, the Natwest Reward CC does not offer fee-free overseas spending, unlike Barclaycard. Third, you can get 1% cashback on supermarket spend through Amex Platinum.1
