I sent a parcel with Hermes for 2 day delivery over 2 weeks ago. The tracking says in the warehouse since the 3rd of Jan I have filled 2 forms in on the customer services site with Holly no help yet tried the phone number and no one answers. At a total loss on how to chase this, any ideas anyone?

The number is 0330 808 5456...you may have to wait for a bit but they do answer eventually. I've returned a new mobile phone to a company I got it from and the phone has been stolen or lost. Not sure what the outcome is going to be but we will see. Good luck with your call.0
