If you look at reviews on TrustPilot many people like me have been misled to believe the company is in the UK, it is in China and as a consequence items ordered as Xmas gifts have arrived late or not at all. People are not receiving refunds. My item has arrived and I wish to return and unlike others who have been given a china address, I have been given a Hertfordshire 'Ghost Mail' address and told to return via Hermes 48 tracing - I don't know if I return it if I will receive a refund. Has anyone any advice? Asking on behalf of a poor student.

It looks like they are based in the UK, and their terms state they are governed by UK law. Items might be shipped form China but as they're a UK company you are entitled to a refund. It's up to you whether or not you return it but you're not entitled to a refund if you don't.1
