I've taken the plunge and signed up with them. I think I'm up to the challenge but am looking forward to an interesting year and just hoping it lasts as long as that!0

@ previous, No sorry I would not forget it and move on. £60 is a lot of money to some. I mean I could book a holiday for that. (Sun newspaper) They (Symbio) can't have their cake and eat it. They need to be paying the compensation.1

Why do all these companies take so long to refund your money. Symbio owe me £6.18p from my final bill. I agree this is not a fast amount but on principal l will be pressing for this refund. They now have to compensate me £30 due to the refund not been paid in the 10 working day period after the final bill. A promise was made via email to say this would be paid into my account by the 17th of January, not arrived yet.0

even if it's £1, it'all about the principle, you can't forget about it.

I have now got an official complaint number email from them.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0

Further to this, they agreed that they owed me £30 in automatic compensation after a few weeks back and forth. I asked them to confirm the final bill amount and reissue the final bill so I could pay before they closed the complaint, this was back on the 28th January - but I heard nothing after another phone call where I repeated everything in my email.
Today their credit control emailed me with a pre-action letter for beginning legal proceedings for the full amount + £10. Of course, I can't get through to anyone to discuss this. But I assume if it does go through to the court, I can submit my evidence where they confirmed the amount due, and my reply asking for the final bill to be reissued and details of how to pay it?
Do I just go ahead and pay the amount that should be due to the details in the pre-action letter?0
