Since my dad recently diagnosed with laryngeal cancer, he has completely lost his voice . He had to whisper to the NatWest customer service and give me permission to do this on his behalf. This took quite a while.

they just told me, they can’t do nothing since I used a different bank card and not NatWest card.  I’m waiting for my bank to respond to my query .

thank you to everyone who gave me advice .  I will update on the situation after speaking to my dads banking service since NatWest said they can’t do nothing .

Can you clarify, who used the card at the ATM - you or your father?

If it was your card / account, why does your father need to be involved in ringing the bank?

As stated earlier, it's the bank whose card/account it is who deals with this, not the one whose ATM it is.
