Hi all,
I hope everyone is safe and well?
I can’t find a definitive answer so I’m hoping someone on here can help.
Due to Covid travel restrictions last May, we had to cancel a trip to Amsterdam booked directly with Eurostar, return train and hotel deal.

They gave us a voucher for the total amount which expires end of April this year. Due to the continuing travel restrictions imposed by the UK and Dutch governments, I can’t see us going anytime soon.
Am I entitled to a full refund? I’m particularly worried after reading news reports of Eurostar having financial troubles.
Thanks for any info.

It sounds as though you bought a package holiday and all such sales must be financially protected against failure. Eurostar Holidays is a member of ABTA so if it all goes pear shaped, then you will get your money back0

It was a package holiday. If I can’t book another holiday (that can be enjoyed in the normal sense), before end of April, I’ll ask for a full refund.0 -
